How to make a Powerfull Pink Smoothie.



What you will need.

1/2 cup (122 g) low fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup (150 g) red grapes
1/2 cup (62 g) fresh raspberries
1/2 cup (48 g) cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup (240 ml) ice cubes
1/2 cup (75 g) pineapple chunks

Step 1
Place the grapes,cranberries,pineapple chucks,rasperries and ice in a blender,blend on high for 3 minutes.

Step 2
Add the yogurt and honey to the blender,blend untill you reach desired consistency.

Step 3
Pour you Powerfull Pink Smoothie into a tall see through glass and serve.
