2 BANANAS. (number depend on how many people you are serving)
SPINACH. ( optional)
1/2 CUP OF CRUSHED ICE.
1 CUP OF NATRUAL FRUIT YOGURT ( strawberry,vanilla,or banana)
2 tablespoon of HONEY (optional)
Peel the skin off the kiwi,and peel the bananas. Cut the kiwi into sections with the knife same also with the banana.
Put the kiwis & banana parts into the blender,blend for about a minute.
Add the yogurt to the blender along with the crushed ice. You can also add some HONEY to stweeten the smoothie up,or add SPINACH at this moment. whatever you prefer. Then blend for an additional minute.
Once you are happy that your smoothie is ready,serve with a cup and straw!
Also you can add a slice of the kiwi on the edge of the cup to make it fancy.
And sprinkle a little sugar over the top.
Or you can add a chocolate flake.
