How to make a Berry Blast Smoothie.




What you will need.

1/2 cup (120 ml) water
1/4 cup (60 g) vanilla low fat yogurt
1/2 cup (75 g) frozen strawberries
1/2 cup (80 g) frozen blueberries
1/2 cup (100 g) frozen raspberries

Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender except the yogurt and blend on high for about 3 minutes.

Step 2
Add the yogurt and blend on high for 1 minute until desired consistency is reached.

Step 3
Serve in a tall glass,Add a chocolate flake or some berries to the top!
